Ashley Lauren Gordon is a Jamaican-American dancer and model known for her versatility and dynamic stage presence based in New York and Miami. Ashley began her training at Academy of Arts in Pembroke Pines, FL under the direction of Rebeca Russo-Columna and Therea Butler. After graduating, Ashley continued her training at The Ailey School, where she was mentored by Lakey Evans-Pena, Milton Myers, and Cassandra Phifer. She went on to earn a certificate from Broadway Dance Center in New York City under the direction of Cornelius Carter.

Ashley has extensive training across a wide range of styles, including ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, tap, theater, and West African, as well as various commercial dance forms. Her diverse background has led to opportunities in both concert and commercial dance spaces.
She has been featured in commercial projects and music videos for artists such as Nicky Jam, Farruko, Afro B, and Sony, and was an original member of the NHL Florida Panthers Dance Team.

In recent years, Ashley returned her focus to classical and concert dance. She has been working with the Plie Global Collective in Kingston, Jamaica, where she has performed works by acclaimed choreographers including Jessica Lang, Robert Battle, Andrew Winghart, Renée McDonald, and Shahar Binyamini.

Ashley is currently a company artist with Ballet Des Ameriques/Carole Alexis Dance Theater in New York where she hopes to further her artistry and technique.
